These public principles are a summary. Project-specific agreements and applicable law govern the final engagement.
Standard projects use 50% advance and 50% balance before final handover. Monthly services are billed in advance.
Standard website packages include up to two revision rounds. Additional revisions or new requirements may be quoted separately.
New pages, features, integrations or redesigns outside the agreed scope require written approval and a revised quote.
Management fees are separate from advertising spend. Campaign outcomes depend on market conditions and are not guaranteed.
A limited post-launch bug-fix window may be included as stated in the proposal. New features are separate work.
Final client deliverables are transferred after full payment. Reusable internal components, templates and tools remain RocketForge property unless agreed otherwise.
Domains, hosting, paid software, APIs and advertising spend are separate unless explicitly included in writing.
